Raúl Zambrano, CIAT Technical Assistance Manager, made a presentation at the Seminar on Communication Strategies and Electronics Services in the tax administrations.

This event was held in the City of La Antigua, Guatemala, on September 19-23, 2010, organized by the Training Center of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development of the Spanish Tax Agency. The main instructors were: Julio Lesmes Anel, Deputy Director of External Communications and Rosa Prieto del Rey, Assistant Deputy Director of Tax Technique, both from the State Agency of Tax Administration of Spain.

The paper presented by Mr. Raúl Zambrano dealt with the Electronic Services currently provided by the tax administrations, in particular, those of Latin America, and the future challenges and opportunities in this respect.
