April 15th, 2008 – By Executive Order of April 10th of 2008, Mr. Philippe Parini has been appointed the new Director General of the General Directorate of Public Finance (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques), the new administration created from the merge between the DGI (General Revenue Directorate) and the DGCP (General Public Accounting Directorate) in France.

Mr. Parini, who is the French representative in CIAT, has been working as the coordinator for the merge between the two administrations since October of 2007. Likewise, he took office as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
