The Spanish Tax Agency, in the framework of the Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations  and the Institute of Fiscal Studies of Spain, announce the XXV Essay Contest.

This contest is held every two (2) years with a view to promoting the scientific activity among tax administrations officials of CIAT member countries. In this edition, the contest will receive works about:

1. Alternative tax dispute resolutions: Comparative law analysis.

2. The access to information bank in Latin America and its incidence on the control of internal taxes.

The due date for delivery of the papers is December 15, 2016.
