According to the resolution from April 5, 2011(published – April 19 in Spain B.O.E) the jury, after the evaluation of the entries submitted, decided to award the 5th edition of the Research Scholarship sponsored by AEAT and IEF of Spain and CIAT to Mr.  Daniel Irwin Yacolca Estares, official from the Peruvian Revenue Agency (Superintendencia Nacional Tributaria SUNAT in Spanish).

Mr. Yacolca submitted a complete and comprisable research project dealing with the topic “Towards a Green Tax Reform in Latin America” (Hacia una Reforma Fiscal Verde en Latinoamerica in Spanish) the research to be performed by Mr. Yacolca will be subsequently published by CIAT (there is a period of 18 months).
