Jose Luis Garcia Rios

Public Accountant and Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, he has worked in Argentina as Director of the Data Computing System, Director of Auditing and Deputy Director General of Planning at the General Tax Directorate and as General Tax Accountant of the National Court of Accounts. He is a member of the Panel of Experts of the International Monetary Fund and has more than 35 years of experience in international consulting on organization and processes of collection and auditing in Tax Administrations of 13 Latin American countries. For 11 years, he has been a professor at the Master’s Degree in Taxation of the Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
