Industrial Engineer with double degree in Master of MBA Business Administration, with more than 16 years of experience in the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs, six of them as Deputy Director of Customer Assistance Management.
As main achievements are the promotion of the virtualization of procedures such as the RUT and the electronic signature, innovation in the provision of the face-to-face channel service with the implementation of a standardized service model with a service promise, service cycle and service level agreements; improvement in the quality of care in the telephone and virtual channel (chat and social networks); and finally, the adoption and implementation of the Accounting and Tax Support Centers in agreement with Higher Education Institutions, being these spaces of approach and assistance to the citizen clients through students of last semesters of administrative and accounting careers after training by expert teachers of the Entity, along with the deployment of the contribution culture program in the school through which teachers are trained in fiscal citizenship to bring this knowledge to children and teenagers.
