Aloisio Flávio Ferreira de Almeida
Tax Auditor of the Brazilian Tax Revenue Secretariat since 1997. He acted as coordinator of tax studies and as advisor to the director of taxes of Brazil. He was research director of the School of Finance (ESAF), CIAT correspondent, tutor of CIAT’s tax policy and administration courses and of IBMEC’s public finance courses. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the Getulio Vargas Foundation of Brazil, both in public administration. His research interests cover innovations in tax administration.
