Nicolás Agustín Martínez

Nicolás Agustín Martínez is a multidisciplinary engineer with over eight years of experience leading projects in artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and public-sector technology. He is the creator of Monarca, an intelligent search engine helping thousands of citizens in Argentina and Chile understand and navigate tax procedures through natural language processing and official sources.
Throughout his career, he has worked in the nuclear sector restoring scientific simulation software for reactor material behavior, and within public institutions where he led user-centered technology improvements. He currently conducts mathematical research on structured systems with potential applications in efficient AI models, and volunteers as a teaching assistant at the National Technological University (UTN), where he also developed a wireless projection system to modernize classrooms without costly infrastructure replacement.
Driven by a strong sense of social commitment, Nicolás has taught over 200 older adults as a volunteer to help them complete their high school education, and he actively supports projects aimed at closing digital and bureaucratic gaps across Latin America.
