The Technical Assistance and Institutional Management Directors, Raul Zambrano and Francisco Beiner visited the Tax Administration of Suriname to provide technical assistance in the definition process of Terms of Reference for a new indirect tax management system. The visit took place on August 7th to 10th of this year and included interviews with the units responsible for the administration of direct taxes, indirect, customs, collection and information technology.

The mission was financed with resources from the ITC/GIZ/CIAT Collaboration Program signed in Lisbon on the occasion of the 2011 CIAT Technical Conference.
