In the frame of the CIAT Technical Conference in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, the meeting of the CIAT Executive Council, was held, chaired by Brazil and formed by Argentina, Canada, Cuba, Nicaragua, Netherlands, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela.
