The CIAT Executive Secretary gave a lecture in Madrid, on June 24, at the face-to-face Seminar of the International Tax Administration Master’s Program.

During his visit to the Director of the State Agency of Tax Administration of Spain and CIAT Executive Council member, Mr. Santiago Menéndez Menéndez, they discussed the new design of the International Master’ Program which involves a qualitative change as a first-rate training instrument intended for the Latin American countries.
