On May 22, 2023, the CIAT member countries met in the Administrative Session of the 57th General Assembly.

During the session, relevant institutional issues were approved, among them: the Financial Statements audited by an independent firm for the previous period; the Budget and Annual Operational Plan for 2023 – 2024 and the Technical Declaration of the 57th General Assembly.  The new CIAT Executive Council for the 2023-2024 period was also elected.
