On March 14 and 15, the CIAT Executive Council (2023-2024) met in Panama City, with the participation of Mrs. Margarita Faral, Director General of Revenues – DGI and President of the CIAT Executive Council; the councilors of Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, the United States, Kenya and Paraguay; and the Permanent Representatives of Spain and Italy to CIAT as special guests.

The Executive Secretary, Márcio F. Verdi, presented reports on the topics to be submitted for the approval of the General Assembly at the Administrative Session of April 22 and activities in accordance with the stipulated agenda, accompanied by the Executive Secretariat Staff.
