On September 27, 2021, the AEAT of Spain organized a virtual meeting called “Training Day on the Application of DIP“, whose objective was to inform AEAT officials on how CIAT’s Availability of Public Information (DIP) tool works and its content.

The CODI (Communication of Inspection Documents) system designed by the AEAT was also presented at the seminar, which supports the management of public information requests made by officials from control areas, which are attended by a team specialized in the search for information.

Both systems (DIP and CODI) complement each other to effectively and timely identify relevant public information for tax control purposes and promote its use.
