The CIAT Executive Secretariat is pleased to release the English  and Portuguese  versions of the Handbook on Compliance Risk Management for Tax Administrations, which was originally elaborated in Spanish and released in 2020 as part of the work of CIAT’s Tax Non-Compliance Risk Management Network.

The Handbook was possible thanks to the dedication of the Network members as well as the specific experiences and contributions from the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII), the Mexican Tax Administration (SAT), the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the Inter-American Development Bank, (IADB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as well as all the members of CIAT’s Tax Non-Compliance Risk Management Network.
