On July 20-21, 2023, the workshop “Experiences in Collection Management and Compliance Control” was held. During this event, the achievements of the ONAT were presented thanks to the technical assistance project for the “Improvement of Collection in the National Tax Administration Office” of Cuba, executed within the framework of the CIAT-Norad Cooperation Program.  This publication presents a summary of the presentations and experiences shared by the participating countries on the topic of collection management and compliance control.
