Erika Patricia Armenta Cruz
Lawyer by profession, International Master in Public Finance with specialization in Tax Administration, Master in Administrative Law and Specialist in Liability and Compensable Damage. With more than 14 years of work experience in the Directorate of Taxes and Customs – DIAN- of Colombia, currently holding the position of Head of Coordination of Administration of the Single Tax Registry in the Sub-Directorate of Customer Assistance. Her achievements include the management and leadership of innovation projects of the TIN computer system, as well as the design and implementation of control and facilitation strategies for voluntary compliance with tax obligations from the administration of the Tax Registry of Colombia, promoting assistance and service to taxpayers.
