Felipe Rubio Cuadrado, Inspector of the State Treasury since 1992, currently performs his work in the National Office of International Taxation of the Tax Administration State Agency of Spain. He regularly participates in international working groups in the OECD and in the EU such as the European Transfer Price Settlement Forum or in the Task Force on Digital Economy of the BEPS Project.
