Issel Perozo was a contributor of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations. She has participated as consultant in the Modernization Program of Barbados, in charge of the “Third-party Information Program” and, recently, as International Communication Specialist, she was responsible for the design and management of the new digital communication strategy of the Organization, which has started with the launching of the new Web page and the participation of CIAT in “social networks”. Issel shall report for CIATalk from New York, where she is currently studying in the University of Columbia: in the “Master’s on International Affairs: International Media, Advocacy and Communications”.
