Public accountant of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (BA), BA degree in Administration. He has been Director of the Data Computing System, Director of Audit, Deputy Director General of Planning of the General Tax Directorate and General Fiscal Accountant of the Court of Auditors of the nation of the Argentine Republic; he is a member of the panel of experts of the International Monetary Fund. In the last 30 years, he has carried out consultancies in 13 countries of the region for different international organizations and is Professor of Comparative administration in the Master of tax specialization of the University of the Republic of Uruguay.
