Between May 21 and 23, the 53rd CIAT General Assembly was held at the Palco Hotel in Havana, Cuba, on the 500th Anniversary of the founding of this beautiful capital.

Some 60 delegations participated, including CIAT member countries, other invited countries, international organizations and study institutions related to CIAT, Cooperation Agencies, the Network of Tax Organizations (NTO) and other international personalities.
