Participating countries and organizations : Brazil, Chile and Mexico, with the support of representatives from the Tax Administrations of Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
