Panamanian lawyer. She has a Master’s degree in Taxation and Fiscal Management from the Specialized University of the Authorized Public Accountant of Panama (UNESCPA).  She currently works as a consultant in the Directorate of International Cooperation and Taxation of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT).
