Official of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) since 1990, where he has served as Regional Director (2014-2020) and Head of Investigation and Taxation (2009-2014). He is currently Senior Advisor at the Northern Regional Directorate.
Technical Coordinator at the Center for Tax Administration Studies of the FCE, UBA.
Technical Director and co-author of the books “La Fiscalidad de las Criptomonedas y de la Economía Digital” Edicon, (2020) and “La Tributación en la Era Digital” Edicon (2022).
Co-author of the Handbook on International Tax Planning Control (CIAT) in sections 3.19 “Tax compliance risk by companies operating in the digital economy” and 4.11 “Measures to contain evasion/avoidance by companies operating in the digital economy”
Postgraduate professor at several universities in Argentina.
National and international lecturer and author of numerous tax publications in Ed. Errepar, Ed. La Ley and the FCE of the UBA.
