Former Minister of Economy and Finance of Uruguay. Senior Researcher at the Center for Economic Research (CINVE). President of the South American Network of Applied Economics. National and international consultant on economic and financial issues. Author of publications and research works in macroeconomics, fiscal policy, taxation, climate financing and sustainability, foreign trade, trade policy and international finance. Full Professor at the ORT University (Uruguay) and at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Administration of the University of the Republic (Uruguay).
