On December 16, 2024, the CIAT Executive Secretariat had the honor of receiving Mrs. Livia Lopes, Director of the Institute of Latin American and Iberian Studies of the Catholic University of America. The welcome was in charge of the Executive Secretary, Mr. Márcio F. Verdi, and the Director of Human Talent Development of the TAs, Mr. Alejandro Juárez.

The purpose of the visit was to learn about CIAT’s work as an international organization in the area of Tax Administrations. During the meeting, CIAT’s activities were discussed, with special emphasis on the training programs offered by the institution, such as courses and diploma courses for tax administration officials.
