On May 05, 2025, in Santiago, Chile, CIAT member countries met in the Administrative Session of the 59th General Assembly.

At the session, relevant institutional issues were approved, including: the Financial Statements audited by an independent firm for the previous period; the Budget and Annual Operating Plan for 2025 – 2025 and the Technical Declaration of the 58th General Assembly. The new CIAT Board of Directors was also elected for the period 2025-2026.
