CIAT participated in the 4th Transfer Pricing Forum of the Asociación Iberoamericana de Precios de Transferencia (AIEPT)
On November 20, 2025, CIAT took part in the 4th Transfer Pricing Forum organized by the Asociación Iberoamericana de Precios de Transferencia (AIEPT). The presentation offered a regional overview of how transfer pricing rules have evolved across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The intervention highlighted recent regulatory developments, common trends among countries in the region, and the importance of coherent frameworks for analyzing related-party transactions. It also addressed persistent challenges such as risk management, information availability, and the need to strengthen technical capacity to handle increasingly complex cases.
