The Addis Tax Initiative (ATI), was founded in 2015 and has made significant contributions to support partner countries to enhance domestic revenue mobilisation (DRM), by promoting peer-learning, capacity development and mutual accountability amongst its members.

The ATI Declaration 2025 , was presented at the ATI 2020 Assembly on November 17 and is the result of a broad and participatory process among all ATI members. It is a call for action vis-à-vis the urgent challenges that our world is facing nowadays regarding DRM and the needed responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on changing priorities in the international tax and development landscape, the ATI Declaration 2025 comprises four new commitments.
