The DGII of the Dominican Republic held the first meeting of companies and suppliers for Electronic Tax Vouchers (e-CF), with the purpose of positioning the Tax Administration and the Dominican Republic in the “digital revolution“ in tax matters. On September 11 to 12, 2019, a workday was held with lectures, debates, exhibitions and exchange sessions among more than 30 technology suppliers and close to 55 large companies. International experts participated, as well as representatives of the Latin American Association of Authorized Certification Suppliers and the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), represented by the Director of Technical Assistance and ICT, Raul Zambrano.

The objective of this meeting was to create a space for the exchange of experiences in the community of software providers associated with electronic invoicing, that can become the technological allies that accompany taxpayers in updating their technological platforms to the new operational framework in this area.
