CIAT, together with GTZ of Germany and the IBFD, are currently upgrading the work published in 2013 by CIAT, ITC and GIZ on the Control of abusive manipulation of Transfer Pricing in Latin America and the Caribbean. In this regard, with the purpose of validating information and discuss methodological and structural aspects, representatives of these organizations and regional experts have met on 8-10 December at the IBFD central offices in Amsterdam.

Successful discussions led to define the contents, to determine criteria on the exposure of the information provided by CIAT member countries and to agree on an evaluation methodology, which will objectively determine the degree of progress in this matter presented by the countries of the region, both in regulatory and administrative aspects

This referred update will be published in early 2016 and will contain information from 24 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
