Corrections to the Study on “Information Sources of the Latin American Tax Administrations.Experiences of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Peru”
The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) having detected that certain data of the publication on “Information Sources of the Latin American Tax Administrations. Experiences of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Peru” (Spanish version) did not duly reflect the information timely provided and also understanding that some terms used therein might result in an erroneous interpretation of the data, requested changes that were received and included in the aforementioned Study. Likewise, other additional adjustments were made to the Study, which may also be seen through the following direct link.
Once again, we reiterate the availability of the Excel tool which complements the Study identified as “Information Source Data Base”. By means of several search criteria, it allows the tax administrations to identify useful information for designing information systems. Through the tool it is possible to make consultations about forms, according to type of tax, type of taxpayer, filing mechanism, etc., as well as with respect to the fields included in said forms and other sources of information.
It is worth noting that the links indicated in relation to the change made in the forms may be accessed when there is no need for a tax code in order to access them.
