Felipe is an Economist graduated from Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He also has a MBA from Universidad de Chile and participated in Courses in: Company Valuation; Catholic University; Financial Statement Analysis; Adolfo Ibanez University; Handling Mutual Agreement Procedure Cases; IOTA-OECD; Transfer Pricing Case Analysis; CIAT; Transfer Pricing and Mining Valuation; OECD.

Felipe has more than ten years of professional experience in the transfer pricing area, most of them as head of the Transfer Pricing and Valuation and Advance Pricing Agreements areas at the National Directorate of the Internal Revenue Service.

In addition, Felipe is a member of the faculty in the Master’s degree programs in taxation at Universidad de Chile, Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Universidad Finis Terrae, Universidad Mayor; and is the author of the Chilean chapter of Transfer Pricing in the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.
