The Board of Directors of SAT also reiterated that the actions taken for the selection of the Superintendent of Tax Administration were in compliance with the legislation in force, with reasoning based on merit, suitability, capacity and honesty required for the appointment of Mr. Marco Livio Díaz Reyes as Superintendent of Tax Administration.
