José Luis Galindez Narváez (Nationality: Venezuelan), is a Doctor of Laws from Paris Dauphine University – PSL Research University (France). Master in Tax Administration from Paris I Sorbonne University and Paris Dauphine University (France). Master in Business Tax Management from Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela). International Transfer Pricing Consultant with more than 15 years of experience.  He has worked as an External Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT).

He has been a Professor in different master’s degree programs in taxation and continuous training in Latin America and Europe. Additionally, he has been a speaker at the OECD, the United Nations, LATINDADD, and at the events of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), as well as author of several publications of IFA-Latin America and CIAT. Member of the CIAT Tutor Network. He is a Columnist of the Diario la Prensa of Panama.
