General Information
Objective
The program offered by the University Externado de Colombia in agreement with the inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), has as purpose to create an academic space of the highest level that will enable the public servants of tax and customs administrations in Latin america, as well as the private sector of the region, to improve their professional profiles through the study of the international normative framework that governs the international taxation and the trade of goods and services, in order to develop positions which are more critical, proactive and effective that allow them to face the constant challenges in the field of international business and in different scenarios of economic integration and the exchange of information and cooperation at the international level.

Requirements
- Letter of intent to participate in the master’s degree, which justifies the interest in the program, as well as the possible research topic that would be developed if admitted
- Certificate of post-graduate program grades
- Photocopy of the degree certificate of graduate programs (apostilles for residents outside Colombia)
- Photocopy of the undergraduate diploma, or certificate of degree or professional card of the professional title granted by a legally recognized University (apostilles for residents outside Colombia)
- Photocopy of national identity document
- Three digital photos 3×4 white background, JPG format and resolution 600 DPI
- A letter of academic recommendation
- A work reference letter

- After sending the registration form, you will receive an email on the next business day with the form, and the date and time of interview.

Modality
Financial Relief
- Exemption from registration payment.
- Discount on the value of tuition 15% to all graduate students for payments in the second half of 2020. To access the discount, once formally admitted to the program, each interested party must submit the written application and under the gravity of the oath justifying the need for the discount. This discount cannot be combined with other tuition discounts already granted by the University.
- Additional 5% discount on tuition fee only for students who pay cash for the full tuition fee.
