Under the Partnership Program that CIAT maintains with the German Cooperation Agency (GIZ), this July 1 to 3, two officials of the National Tax Administration Office of Cuba (ONAT in Spanish) has visited the Internal Revenue Service of Ecuador (SRI). The objective of this technical visit was to examine the experience and best practices of the SRI in web site design and implementation, since the ONAT is currently designing its tax website in order to provide services, improve assistance to taxpayers, and promote the tax culture.
