On March 6, 2024, Mr. Jules Anthonia, External Projection Officer of FCInet Netherlands, visited the Executive Secretary of CIAT to discuss cooperation opportunities within the framework of the control of illicit financial flows and the control of tax evasion and avoidance.

In 2019 FCInet and CIAT agreed to reciprocally disseminate the DIP tool, which is a CIAT computer system that facilitates access to public information of interest to tax and financial control authorities; and the FCInet tool, which is a decentralized computer system, developed by governments, that allows criminal investigation financial services from different jurisdictions to work together, maintaining local autonomy and allowing data analysis, without violating secrets, privacy or sovereignty.
