Mr. Enrique Hugo Lavín Vélez, Director of Planning of the General Tax Administration Service of Mexico, has been appointed as correspondent before CIAT.

Mr. Velez has a career of about 12 years in the SAT. He has been Central Administrator of Foreign Trade Goods Destinations in the General Administration of Customs; Central Administrator of Planning and Management Evaluation of the General Administration of Planning; Central Administrator of Analysis and Risk Assessment of the General Administration of Evaluation, and Central Administrator of Investigation in the General Administration of Customs.
