On September 15, 2020, a 3-hour virtual seminar on the ICT book was held with the participation of 115 people, mostly officials from the tax administrations of Angola, Brazil, Portugal, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe.

The seminar was conducted by CIAT staff and consultants and addressed the following topics: roadmap for modernizing a tax information system, administration of technological services, electronic invoicing, human resources, disruptive technologies, and control of the digital economy.
