Objective:
To present the results and benefits of the study on access to information of tax interest in Latin American countries, as well as possible strategies for advancing in developing coordination mechanisms to facilitate access to this type of information. Discuss practical cases to share experiences, get to know the perspective of “Big Four” and local firms’ tax advisors on the recent Chilean tax reform, that affected the abusive transfer pricing manipulation legislation, aspects dealing with information systems and the relationship of large businesses with their tax consultants and the treasury.
