Objective:

To contribute to the effective implementation of the legislation to regulate transfer pricing in Guatemala. This workshop was aimed at professionals of the Control, Collection, customs, Legal Affairs, and all operational managements at national level Intendances, with the participation of control and resolutions professionals. They discussed various issues and will develop case studies and specific aspects about transfer pricing.
