On April 25, 2022, the CIAT member countries met in the Administrative Session of the 56th General Assembly in virtual mode.

During the session, relevant institutional issues were approved, among them: the Financial Statements audited by an independent firm for the previous period; the Budget and Annual Operational Plan for 2022 – 2023 and the Technical Declaration of the 56th General Assembly.    The new CIAT Executive Council for the 2022-2023 period was also elected.
