Carlos María Folco
He is a Lawyer and Doctor in Legal and Social Sciences. He currently serves as Federal Judge of Tax Executions. He has taken postgraduate courses at the University of Salamanca, University of Barcelona and the Institute of Fiscal Studies of Madrid, Spain. He is a former Official of the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) of Argentina. He is the Academic Director of the United Nations Diploma(UN) “Global Tax Procedure” (IEFPA-UNITAR Agreement) of Geneva, Switzerland; Professor of the Chair “Finance and Financial Law”, of the FCJS of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL); Associate Professor of the “Tax Law” Chair of the Faculty of Law of the Belgrano University (UB); Academic Director of the Postgraduate Career “Specialization in Tax Law” in the FCJS of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral; Director of the Module “Corporate Criminal Law” of the Postgraduate Career Specialization in Criminal Law at the University of Belgrano; Postgraduate teacher at the FCE of the University of Buenos Aires; National University of Salta; National University of Catamarca; National University of Rosario; National University of La Pampa; National University of Tucumán; Visiting Professor of the Master in Tax Consultancy and Tax Management of the International University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain; Commentator of the 2015 CIAT Code Model, along with professors Heleno Taveira Torres (Brazil) and Leonardo Costa (Uruguay). He has taught courses at the Judicial School of the Superior Institute of the Judiciary of Argentina and the Association of Magistrates. He is Author and co-author of various books and articles on tax matters; Lecturer in Councils, Professional Associations and Universities of Argentina and abroad.
