Cecilia Ruz
Cecilia Ana Ruz holds a degree in Systems from CAECE University, a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from the National University of La Plata and a specialization in Data Mining from the University of Buenos Aires.
She has extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and graduate programs in both public and private universities. She is currently a professor at the University of Buenos Aires.
Between 2003 and 2025, she developed her career at AFIP, occupying various positions in customs and tax areas, which allowed her to acquire a comprehensive vision of the tax field.
In recent years at AFIP she worked in the area of Data Analytics, leading data science projects applied to Tax Administration and promoting strategic initiatives related to Data Governance. Her work has contributed to the modernization of tax processes and the strengthening of data management in the public sector.
