Mr. Martínez Coss is a Mexican economist, with more than 29 years of experience in tax administration and fiscal matters. He currently collaborates with several companies, governments, and a CIAT consultant. His knowledge is based on practical experience in the conceptualization, implementation, operation and maintenance of such projects as Annual Individual Filing through electronic means, creation of the Taxpayer Assistance Model for the personal, telephone and social network assistance channels, Advanced Electronic Signature, Electronic Invoicing, Electronic Accounting, Tax Mailbox and Electronic Notification. He has been teaching law for more than 8 years through CIT.
