She is an Industrial Engineer with a specialty in Business Coaching and Yellow Belt certification in Six Sigma, which reinforces her ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Previously, she was Head of Collection at the General Revenue Directorate of Panama, where she designed programs to support taxpayers and strengthen a culture of cooperative compliance. Her experience combines data analysis, process optimization and human development to achieve sustainable results.
She is currently Project Manager at the Directorate of Technical Assistance and Innovation, specifically in the Advanced Analytics Center where she leads the implementation and development of projects based on data analysis to improve decision making and operational efficiency of tax administrations.
