Irma Mosquera
Irma Johanna Mosquera Valderrama is Associate Professor of Tax Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands. She received her PhD (cum laude) in 2007 in the Netherlands. Her areas of expertise are international tax law and comparative tax law in developed and developing countries and more recently exchange of information and BEPS related issues in developing countries. She is the principal investigator of the project GLOBTAXGOV (A New Model of Global Governance in International Tax Law Making).The GLOBTAXGOV Project investigates international tax law making including the adoption of OECD and EU standards by 12 countries. The GLOBTAXGOV Project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Seven Framework Programme (FP/2007-2013) (ERC Grant agreement n. 758671).
