Jaqueline Terrel Taquiri
Jacqueline is a technical adviser in taxation of extractive industries. Currently, she is a member of the technical team of the International Secretariat of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Oslo, Norway. She is an attorney with a degree in tax law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has a Master’s degree in Mining Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy – University of Dundee, United Kingdom (2017). She contributed to the project: “IGF Guidance for Governments Countering tax base erosion and profit shifting in the mining sector”, launched by the Intergovernmental Forum on Mining and Sustainable Development jointly with OECD to consider BEPS scenarios in the mining sector of the developing countries”.
