Juan Pablo Pinzón Contreras: Lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes, with a Master degree in public law and specialist in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the same university.

He has worked as a researcher for the World Bank, has been a university professor in different faculties and has more than 10 years of experience in tax administration in different positions.
He is currently Operational Deputy Director of Analysis and Strategic Sectors of the National Tax and Customs Directorate and is Professor of Economics and Law at the Universidad del Rosario.
